The hotel was not up to my expectations. The room was dusty on top of the wardrobes, the shower didn't work, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The Jacuzzi was out of order, making it one of the worst stays for me. The staff seemed indifferent to our complaints, even offering us a smaller room when we raised issues. Despite the pleasant surprise of a European king-size bed, some areas urgently need updating to meet basic standards. However, the proximity to the city center was convenient for exploring the surroundings.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice with good bedding and bathrobes, but there was a strong smell of mold and dampness, as well as a broken towel ring. The receptionist during check-in was rude; however, I appreciated the refund offered. I would caution against staying here unless the night manager's attitude improves. The room did not match the pictures and was quite basic.
