The hotel was not up to my expectations. The room was dusty on top of the wardrobes, the shower didn't work, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The Jacuzzi was out of order, making it one of the worst stays for me. The staff seemed indifferent to our complaints, even offering us a smaller room when we raised issues. Despite the pleasant surprise of a European king-size bed, some areas urgently need updating to meet basic standards.
